Q: What if I want to book a longer period than 28 nights? A: With stays longer than 28 nights we always ask our customers to contact us by email to discuss potential listings and a special pricing.

Q: What services do you provide to a property owner? A: We are a flexible hospitality management company. We always suit our services to our customer needs. Our services range from STR marketing, consultation and automations to full hospitality management where we take care of your short-term rental operations as a whole.
Q: What does your hospitality management services cost? A: Our fees start from 15% of your rental revenue. This includes PMS as a service, marketing, pricing, automations & consultation.
Q: Can I still access and control my property as a property owner? A: Yes. You have full control over your property. You are the main host and we are your co-host. Everything is transparent including pricing, guest communication, reviews and payments. You have a view in real time through our application to see all bookings and discussions with guests. You can also use your own property free of charge a certain amount of days per year.
Q: In what locations are your services available? A: We do not have restrictions concerning locations. Feel free to contact us to discuss a possible collaboration!

Q: How can you help other property managers? A: We provide customized solutions for other property managers. This may include us co-operating your properties in a way that makes your business more profitable and gives you time to do other things, like grow your portfolio.
